Before I made the shift to a plant-based lifestyle, I never imagined I could give up cheese, ice cream or sushi! And that I’d be blogging about it.
I realized you don’t have to devote a lot of time or effort to cooking vegan—I often use one pot and spend a half hour in the kitchen at most. No need for expensive or mysterious ingredients either.
I learned that the world of plant-based eating is amazingly diverse and nourishing, indulgent and satisfying. Whether you’re vegan or not, I hope these ideas will inspire you to enjoy food as much as I do.
