Before I made the shift to a plant-based lifestyle, I never imagined I could give up cheese, ice cream or sushi! And that I’d be blogging about it.
I realized you don’t have to devote a lot of time or effort to shopping and cooking vegan—I often use one pot and spend less than an hour in the kitchen. No need for expensive or mysterious ingredients either.
I learned that the world of plant-based eating is amazingly diverse and nourishing, indulgent and satisfying. Whether you’re vegan or not, I hope these ideas will inspire you to enjoy food as much as I do.
